Depression is a dark state D epression is giving me lots of depression, so first let's break it and understand in an easy way what Depression is- “getting more burden and pressure on the brain which retaliates people to the extent of negativity”. When I started writing this blog I did lots of research, but during research, I found at many places Depression is recognized as a mental state. According to the medical field maybe this kind of state exists but in our point of view it is just a DARK state, where a person is under the darkness of negativity and lots of thoughts. Depression is an important contributor to the global burden disease that affects people all over the world. According to The World Health Organisation, some key facts are there-  Depression is a common mental disorder.  Globally, more than 264 million people of all ages suffer from depression. Customer Co-creation – Top Companies

Customer Co-creation – Top  Companies Customer is the replica of God for any business. Any organisation always works for their base customers. Always keeps in mind what my customer is looking for. Management studies give them a great concept of “Customer Co-creation”.   What is Customer co-creation? Aric Rindfleisch and Matt O'Hern define customer co-creation as "a collaborative NPD (new product development) activity in which customers actively contribute and/or select the content of a new product offering" and state that, like all NPD processes, it consist of two steps, contributions) namely contribution (of content) and selection of the best .      We are “just Pure.. Nothing Else..” so let’s understand this definition in a bit simple form. Co-creation is just participation of customers to the business freely and put their effort for focusing on customer experience and their feedback. Co-creation is a betterment of the product. Study says 5...

Birthday..... Mixed emotions

Birthday . .... Mixed emotions “ Specifically, in the human, complete expulsion or extraction of a fetus from its mother, irrespective of gestational age, and regardless of whether the umbilical cord has been cut or the placenta is attached. ” This is the medical term definition of Birth. It’s very difficult to understand and a bit complex too.  So we are “Just Pure Nothing Else”, let’s make it simple which we normal people can understand. Seriously that’s not the doctor's fault who gave a long definition of birth. Coming out from a mother's body is a birth. When we are newborn we don’t know the meaning of a birthday celebration.  It’s like a torture for newborn to 1 yr baby to getting ready for birthday even he can’t taste his birthday cake too. When the baby grows he understands birthday is a celebration where he will dress up and cut a cake with a knife where mom always says stay away from the knife. He does not want to share a single piece of birth...

Incident happened at capital Delhi where a group created on Instagram named “Bois Locker Room”. The participants of this group are all-boys’ maximum teens from various parts of Delhi from high profile schools. A storm of screenshots of chats going onI social media.  In their chats it’s clearly visible they are talking about very vulgar things about girls. Sharing repugnant morphed pictures of their school girls and making lewd comments.  This scandal comes with lots of question marks on social media.  First of all...

The Art of Teaching

“” गुरुर्ब्रह्मा ग्रुरुर्विष्णुः गुरुर्देवो महेश्वरः । गुरुः साक्षात् परं ब्रह्म तस्मै श्री गुरवे नमः ॥ “”                         (GururBrahma ,GururVishnu, GururDevo Maheshwaraha               Guru Saakshaat ,ParamBrahma ,Tasmai Shri Gurve Namaha) In Hinduism – Lord Brahma, Lord Vishnu, and Lord Shiva all three are teachers. The teacher is the representative of the Supreme Being. They give us knowledge and destroy ignorance. I salute such a teacher. To convey knowledge one to another is the process of teaching. In Hinduism four Vedas are mentioned which is a sign of knowledge. Vedas gives us knowledge on how to live in society and make the worth of your life by using learning in the right direction. Knowledge i...
